I enjoy hair cutting and perms, which allows me to make people feel good and smile. I love meeting new people as well as seeing familiar faces. This job has allowed me to make a positive impact in many people’s lives.

I have been doing hair for 28 years. Being a cosmetologist is very rewarding, because I have been able to please clients, creating loyal customers. I take pride in getting to know the person in my chair to better understand their hair care needs.

I like cutting hair because it allows me to be at service to the community I am from. My favorite part about my job is the conversations between my client and I, it gives me a glimpse into their world allowing me to better serve them.
